The Pan Pacific Hotels Group is one of Asia’s most established hotel and property groups. The leading brand owns and manages over 40 hotels, resorts and serviced suites across Asia, North America and Europe, totalling 12,000 rooms including those under development.

When Pan Pacific Singapore, the flagship hotel of Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts, underwent a major refurbishment, Ukulele was tasked to re-look into its identity and all its crucial brand experiential touch points. Central to the success of the branding makeover was a deep understanding of the Group’s vision of bringing people together to create, share and celebrate success through passion, personalised experiences and committed relationships.

The major revitalisation exercise covered the whole chain of the five-star brand experience. A new brand identity was created for all its 784 rooms and suites in Singapore. The rejuvenation was fundamental to capturing the strength of service and excellence, and its impeccable brand of hospitality that has become synonymous with the leading hotel group. Other than the rooms, the brand transformation also included revitalised identities and complete new creative brand expressions for three of its food & beverage outlets: Atrium Lounge, Aromaz, and The Third Floor Restaurant.
